In a ravishing position, facing the enchanting beach of Piscinas, overlooking the old loading dock now almost destroyed that evokes suggestions of ancient times, the Restaurant of Hotel Le Dune makes its central element the so called short chain and a high professional Staff, all local: its Menu is based on products and dishes of Sardinian tradition, with a skillful touch of international cuisine.
The day starts with a rich and varied breakfast buffet with coffee, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals, cakes and croissants, fresh bread, cold cuts and cheeses, freshly cooked eggs to your liking.
At Lunch time, the main Restaurant offers à-la-Carte service : an accurate selection of simple and tasty dishes served in front of the blue sea by the attentive and friendly Staff. During the high season, from June to September, the Restaurant doubles: at Lunch time you can choose between à-la-Carte on the Terrace and the Buffet Service under the Reed (included in the Full Board). A full choice of cold Appetizers and Sides, several hot Pasta dishes and the grill where one of our Chefs will serve fish and meat freshly cooked as you prefer.
Dinner is always served in our main Restaurant , in the Terrace with Sunset view - or in the inner room, with its ancient walls once guarding the most precious mineral, the silver galena, when the weather discourage eating outside.
All our Menus would be tastefully enhanced by a bottle from our Wine List, an attentive selection of the best wines chosen only among Sardinian wineries.
Le Dune Restaurant is more than willingly open to all gourmets: non guests of the Hotel are welcome to join us for Lunch and/or Dinner - by reservation only - also for business or family events.
